This year the committee have changed the arrangements. Charities
are invited as usual but Trade stands will not be invited this year.
Pitches for stalls will be free but will not include the use of awnings, tables and chairs.
So please bring your own awning or gazebo, tables and chairs.
However all stall takings must be handed in to the treasurer's team at the
fete. Donations will be made to the stall holder after the event from the
monies raised.
Stalls must be booked as we do not accept those who have not made a prior
booking.
Please download
a copy of this form as a Word document and send in the completed form by
attaching it to an email to
the committee.
